SHIPPING POLICY
JDHenleyCreations.com accepts orders 24 hours a day, every day of the week. Orders are shipped from our Byron, Minnesota location via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. J.D. Henley Creations ships to all 50 U.S. states and follows the standard methods available by the selected shipper. In-stock items are usually processed within 2 – 3 business days; custom and made-to-order items are processed within 2 – 3 business days following completion. Delivery and installation is available (for a fee) for larger custom items like Murphy Beds and custom furniture.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from J.D. Henley Creations. In the unlikely event your order includes any damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us at info@jdhenleycreations.com within 10 days of receipt so we can assist you with an exchange, replacement or refund.

We accept returns for any reason within 30 days of delivery as long as they are returned in original condition. Please pack your item(s) carefully contact us at info@jdhenleycreations.com for return instructions. We will issue a refund for the full purchase price within 10 business days of item receipt. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
